Genesis Tech Solution is the IT solution provider company that offers computer repair services. Our headquarter is situated in Penang, Malaysia. The company was founded by two professionals in the year 2018. Its goal is to provide an affordable IT solution, digital services, and develop creative and innovative products providing total information solutions to all businesses in Malaysia.

Genesis Tech Solution provides seven types of service for our clients which include computer repair service, PC upgrade service, laptop upgrade service, network infrastructure management, computer upgrade service, IT solutions management, and office network infrastructure setup. Meanwhile, before our technicians start to repair, they will diagnose what is the reason for driving this outcome of the desktop or laptop. We will analyse to our clients whether it is worth to do a reparation or purchase a new one. Besides, we provide valuable suggestions for our customers and emphasize the value that can bring to the customers.
